The cleaners will wait for 15 minutes to access the premises. If the customer fails to provide access within this time, the service will be fully charged to the customer and the cleaner will leave.
Customers must remove all valuables, including cash and personal items, prior to the cleaning service. greatzonehospitality.com and its staff shall not be held liable for any lost, missing, or damaged valuables.
The company shall not be liable for damage to any item(s) caused during the cleaning process if the item's value exceeds 200 AED. This includes but is not limited to breakage, stains, or other cleaning-related damages.
All service modifications (including but not limited to adjustments in cleaning items, areas covered, or time requirements) require prior authorization from our customer service team. No changes shall be executed without obtaining formal customer approval through official channels.
